Buckinghamshire County Council used airspace in a major consultation with children and young people.

Airspace has been a fantastic way of getting the views of children and young people. Participants said they thought it was an excellent way to engage them. In Buckinghamshire, we have used it to gain some really useful information that has been used to improve services on a local and county wide level. I would highly recommend the use of airspace, whether it is for long term project or one off initiative.

Buckinghamshire Children’s Fund used airspace to evaluate their year long support programme.

Cliff Productions preparation was invaluable. On the day, the team ensured the quality of the feedback was exceptionally high and went the extra mile to encourage people to feel comfortable airing their views. The edited DVD saved us time in processing feedback compared with our previous surveys. It’s a brilliant source of gathering information from people who find it difficult to respond in a more open environment. It informed our evaluation and helps us to prepare future service provision.

Dacorum Borough Council used airspace to get feedback from adult professionals at a conference.

I found airspace extremely good value for money. I needed an efficient and effective way of recording feedback that didn’t take up too much of my time. I chose airspace because it is a fun and innovative approach to engaging people and it was so useful in gathering feedback for reporting purposes.

Natalie Webb, Stronger Communities Policy Officer

South Anglia Housing use airspace at their annual tenant’s conference to understand how their services are performing.

We’ve used Airspace several times and find it’s the best method for obtaining honest candid feedback from our customers. We were suffering from consultation fatigue and needed something to get residents more involved again.  The feedback from residents is priceless and helps us to shape our services. It’s a fantastic medium that can be shared easily with all members of staff too.

Caroline Kaldani, Head of Community Development

Upper Street Events run the Gadet Show Live and used airspace to gather feedback from exhibitors and visitors.

Airspace provided The Gadget Show Live with a very different means of eliciting feedback from show visitors and exhibitors alike. The inflatable unit provided a suitably hi-tech space for Gadget Show fans to leave valuable opinions on the show and ideas for building an even bigger and better event next year.
